Hi everyone! 
This February, I’m taking on a walking challenge to raise money for Dementia UK, in memory of my dear friend, Helen Berry.
Dementia didn’t just affect Helen; it impacted her sons and everyone who loved her. It was devastating to watch her live with frontal lobe dementia—to see such a vibrant, outgoing woman become someone almost unrecognisable.
So many families go through this heartbreak, and the work Admiral Nurses do to provide specialist support is a true lifeline during those darkest times.
I’ll be out there hitting my step goals every single day this month—no matter what the British weather throws at me!
